About Fluffco, LLC

Irving J Levin

Mr. Levin is an entrepreneur in the consumer finance industry, and currently the CEO and Chairman of Genesis Financial Solutions. Earlier he founded and ran two credit card companies, and sold Renaissance Holdings to Household International in 2000.

Besides his current duties at Genesis, Mr. Levin is an investor / advisor / board member in a number of early and growth stage companies through Fluffco, LLC (his investment vehicle). He is also involved in a number of non-profit organizations and serves as a Trustee or Board member of Providence St. Vincent Hospital Foundation, The Children's Institute, Digital Divide Data and the Portland State University Foundation, among others. He is Trustee of The Renaissance Foundation and a co-sponsor of an I Have A Dream class in Portland, Oregon.

Mr. Levin has four children. He holds two degrees from the University of Chicago. He was a professional cellist in his early twenties, has held management positions with Pickwick Records, Visa and ITT, and served as a senior management consultant for Arthur D. Little.

Cheryl Krane

Ms. Krane currently is a portfolio advisor to Irving J Levin and his investment vehicle, Fluffco LLC. She has structured and managed equity and debt investments in private companies for Fluffco since 2002. Prior to working with Irving Levin she founded and raised $4.5mm in angel capital for Poppybox Gardens, a start-up gardening retailer. Prior to that she was a consultant to the venture industry and worked as a venture capitalist for ten years at BancBoston Venturues. She also worked in marketing for two high technology companies. She has held numerous board seats and currently sits on the board of Apex Construction Systems and Clinicient. She received a B.S. / B.A. from Boston University and a M.S. from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Diana Hoff

Ms. Hoff serves as Vice President of Fluffco, LLC and manages the office. Prior to Fluffco, LLC, she held several management positions at Renaissance Bankcard Services and Sears Credit. Diana also serves on various boards and advisory committees for local non-profit organizations in the Portland, Oregon metro area. She is also Administrator of The Renaissance Foundation and Director of GBS Dezign, a web development firm.
